Yester went to see doc for arranging appointment for opt and rehab stuff.MY OPT IS ON NEXT SAT super fast okay!omg! =S Doc showed me a video of how to opt acl and it was so disgusting.okay stop thinking about it then,went for physio af seeing doc at noverna.I am super stupit okay,went to noverna sq 2 to find the physio center but in the end one of the auntie told me that i go wrongly is at noverna sq! Omg can need to walk with the stupit irritating clutches back to noverna so tiring and painful.=(
Saw xh at cold storage so she pei me go physio,i was super scare at first cos the person was touching and pressing my knee.=(
The most painful thing is that i must bend my knee and move to touch the line he set.Tat was horrible,at first he was saying tat if i dun wan to push myself he is goin to do it for me!Of cos i will do it myself and he say tat if i cannot reach his target i can no need to go home!=(
After doing those,he ice my leg and give me some weird stuff that will contract my muscle so omg!hate the feeling cos it is like having muscles cramp!After physio xh,cherie went to my house first then ,ivytina,zl joined us around evening. They were slackin at my house while i am doing my rehab!Got to go my leg exercise every hour!PAIN PAIN GO AWAY! JIAYOU! GOGOOGG!=)
Today shu jun,ivy they all going to my house to celebrate angie birthday!HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO STUPIT ANGIE! They decided to come to my house cos i cannot walk-_-!
waiting for them...yawnnnnss...doing rehab again!
i will be strong!
